When we visualise our chosen goal having aligned it with our values, broken it down into actions which are supported by our mindful inner narrative and responses and scaffolded by an encouraging community around us, we will lead ourselves to where we want to go.....

Ahead of your initial consultation I will email you my new client form which I would be grateful if you could fill in and return to me.
An initial consultation lasts approx. 90 minutes. This first session gives you space to talk, and for me to ask questions and listen to then explore some techniques together and agree a treatment programme going forwards.
If you are unsure about whether mindfulness or hypnotherapy are right for you we can arrange a FREE conversation (15 minutes) ahead of making an initial consultation.
During your initial consultation we will agree a session plan which gives you space to explore and learn supporting techniques to nurture your wellbeing and support positive mental health. Sessions are tailored to meet your individual needs.

You will receive a recording of your hypnosis or mindful practice from each session to be able to use at home building skills between sessions.

I specialise in working with children and young people to help them connect with their 'voice'. I use evidence based mindfulness and hypnotherapy techniques to grow awareness, connection and understanding of self and their world supporting emotional regulation, cognitive flexibility, self-compassion, motivation, confidence and resilience. Together we learn tools to help reduce stress, anxiety, boost confidence ahead of exams, challenges or change.
Alongside space to talk and be, we may explore what's happening in our brain, nervous system and why our body responds how it does.
Sessions can be held at your family home (distance depending), here in Windsor or online via zoom to suit your child or young person's preference.
Both mindfulness and hypnotherapy complement other therapies and medication and may be especially helpful in the event your child or teen is waiting for a CAMHS referral.

The '8 Week' Mindfulness Now Programme offers you the chance to make lasting changes* to your life, learning skills and practices with full tuition throughout. The course can be undertaken by anyone with no previous experience necessary and be completed either individually to suit your availability or as part of a small group.
Each weekly session is for 1 hr during which you will learn meditation practices as well as exercises to build your self-awareness, understanding and connection. You will receive audio recordings to support your home practice, a journal for self-reflection and receive a certificate on completion.
Week 1 - Waking up from automatic pilot mode
Week 2 - Building awareness, connecting to my breath and body
Week 3 - Focus on my body through movement
Week 4 - Choosing how I react
Week 5 - Being with what is difficult
Week 6 - Making meaning out of my thoughts and feelings
Week 7 - Accepting silence space to grow
Week 8 - The Power of Compassion & moving on
The total cost for the course on an individual basis is £360. You can begin at any time during the year to suit you, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
