I am a mindfulness coach and hypnotherapist with a passion for helping people (re)discover their inner power and voice to support their health, wellbeing and initiate change.
I live in Windsor, Berkshire working with clients locally and from my home. I have three teenage children who are learning about who they are & what they want to do. Having reached a big birthday milestone this year I realise I am still doing the same! Does that matter? I believe in creating opportunities to grow, create, adapt, explore and inspire at any age which we can do when we focus our intentions to connect to what is in our heart.
I am so excited to be able to bring mindfulness and hypnotherapy together to my practice supporting my clients with an integrated therapeutic approach to meet their individual needs. I qualified as a mindfulness teacher in 2020 having trained at the Central England College and this summer I qualified as a hypnotherapist gaining my diploma in 'Mindfulness Based Clinical Hypnosis'. I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and Complementary & National Healthcare Council (CNHC). I attend regular supervision and CPD for both hypnotherapy and mindfulness. I am fully insured and hold a DBS certificate.
As a parent I have experienced the impact a mental health condition has which has fuelled my passion to understand more and learn how to support others especially children and young people. My 'Your Wellbeing' and 'Children and Teens' pages shares my top tips for all the family, resources and offers links to useful mental health organisations & charities that offer further information & advice.
Walking and exploring are two of my favourite activities and I feel so grateful for the proximity of the Great Park which gives me the chance to connect to nature, absorbing its beauty and reminding me that change is a constant part of life - time to grow, time to flourish, time to rest and let go. Walks in the Park have been a lifesaver in recent years with Covid and have inspired my interest in photography and writing which I build into my website, blog and social media. I am always very happy to offer 'Time to Talk & Walk' for clients who may prefer to meet in a more open, non-direct space, please do get in touch to find out more.
Please don't hesitate to get in touch with any questions you may have about how I can support you or your family.
